Baldwin Boxall Customer Survey Results
We are delighted with the results of our recent customer survey and we would like to share the news with you.
The annual Baldwin Boxall customer satisfaction survey was sent out in August 2019 and the results have once again, been fantastic!
Customers were asked questions about our products, service and response rates.
The Baldwin Boxall mission statement has four clearly defined areas of focus and we are very pleased to know that the customer mission is being fulfilled.
Among the responses were a number of favourable comments, which are detailed below:
