To gain Gold Status recognition, a customer will have achieved certain criteria which have been set by Baldwin Boxall. The scheme, which is a continually evolving process, was set up in October 2014. We will contact any customer that qualifies and, once awarded, an annual assessment will be carried out to ensure these levels are maintained.
