As Baldwin Boxall expands so do the facilities we offer to our account holders. Over the past months a very popular service, which many of our customers are benefiting from, is maintenance.

With many of the products we offer, (such as Voice Evacuation, Fire Telephones and Disabled Refuge Systems,) it is critical that they are regularly maintained as set out in BS5839 parts 8 & 9. These products need to work when most needed, during an emergency.

Sadly, it is clearly apparent that many systems we have supplied are being neglected on site and regular maintenance is not carried out. A very worrying thought! It is because of this that Baldwin Boxall now offers a maintenance service. Typically we visit a site every quarter; however, we can carry out maintenance as per your requirements.

A number of sites we work at have requested that we provide twenty four hour call out; again this is possible in the UK . By using a network of engineers throughout the UK we are only a call away!

If you are an end user and you wish us to provide you with a quotation to carry out maintenance on your system we first ask you to ensure that the system is currently not being maintained or we ask you to contact the system installer to check that they do not carry out maintenance. If both answers are no, then please fill in the 'Request a Maintenance Quote' form below and we will then respond with a quotation.

Please note that typically this is a service only offered to our account holders, however we do appreciate the importance of maintaining a life safety system and, if permission is given from the installer, then we would gladly provide maintenance.
